Refund Policy
At Geneva and Rose Baking Co., we take great care in preparing each order, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made fresh to order, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to review it.

Contact Window: Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order with any concerns.

Eligibility: Refunds or replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for details or photos to help us understand the issue.

Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing times for your bank or payment provider. Deposits and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Geneva and Rose Baking Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once they have been picked up or delivered.

If pickup/delivery is facilitated with anyone other than the customer who placed the order, a picture will be taken and sent to the phone number on file to prove the condition of the good(s) at the time of pickup/delivery.
